Xodant: The service provider offering hosting and related services.

Client / Customer: Any individual or entity purchasing or using Xodant services.

Services: All hosting products including FiveM servers, web hosting, VPS, and add-ons.

Agreement: These Terms & Conditions together with the active order.

Xodant provides hosting services on a best-effort basis. While we strive for maximum uptime and performance, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

Xodant reserves the right to:

• Modify, upgrade, or discontinue services
• Perform maintenance with or without prior notice
• Suspend services in case of violations or abuse

• Xodant is not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Cfx.re
• The client is fully responsible for ensuring compliance with FiveM / Rockstar / Cfx.re rules
• Xodant is not liable for bans, wipes, or enforcement actions taken by third parties
• Misuse, illegal scripts, or exploitative behavior may result in immediate suspension

Clients agree not to:

• Host illegal content
• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or pirated material
• Abuse system resources or network capacity
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

Xodant may suspend or terminate services without refund if misuse is detected.

• Xodant does not guarantee access to all server or system files
• Root or full file access is not included unless explicitly stated
• Xodant is not responsible for lost, deleted, or corrupted files
• Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups

• All services are billed in advance
• Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination
• Prices may change with reasonable notice
• All payments are final unless covered by the refund policy below

Xodant offers a 7-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

Xodant reserves the right to deny refunds in case of abuse.

Xodant may suspend or terminate services immediately if:

• These Terms are violated
• Illegal or abusive activity is detected
• Payment obligations are not met

No refunds will be issued after termination due to violations.

Xodant is not liable for:

• Data loss
• Downtime
• Lost profits or revenue
• Third-party actions
• Software incompatibility

All services are provided "as is" and "as available".

• Support is provided on a best-effort basis
• Response times are not guaranteed
• Abuse of support staff may result in service suspension

Xodant is not responsible for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• DDoS attacks
• Power outages
• Network failures
• Natural disasters

Xodant is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.

We collect and process data for:

• Service provision and billing
• Technical support and troubleshooting
• Security and abuse prevention
• Legal compliance

Your data will not be sold to third parties. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

Xodant reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Material changes will be communicated via email or service notifications.

These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial laws. Any disputes shall be handled at Xodant's discretion.
